Affiliates using Twitter-do's and don'ts

When you want to promote you products using twitter ,you should be very careful ,don't just focus on what you want and that is making money,try and focus on what your audience require from you and what you can give them,give them genuine information,don't go overboard and risk loosing them loosing your trust because of what you want to promote,let them feel you have their best interest in heart,alienating you audience or friends is high,when you misdirect them,the monetization value is not.Don't be too greedy and loose focus on why you are on twitter people don't want to tweet with a blog,they want a conversation in which eventually will lead to someone wanting to know a product and then that's when,you bring it up,generally don't abuse it,create a healthy social network around you,who wants to be spammed,if you you intend to sell product ,do it tactfully,let it benefit the people who are reading the tweet,don't forget they too are bloggers like you,and we are all there for both for advise,friendship.whats the point of loosing your friends just to promote a product,we all need money but think about the others,be useful,be a tool for info and advice,let your topic be relevant with what you are tweeting about,in a way its annoying trying to market your product.
